The company produces “Macello” leather bends for soles, heels and heel-covers.
The raw materials used are only groupons made from cow hides coming from the best French slaughter-houses (Brittany).
The tanning process takes around 60 days and is named “slow (or “in pull”) vegetable Tannage” using as main tan product chestnut extract, according to the “old Tuscan tan tradition”

The thicknesses obtained are from 3.0 mm to 5.5 mm.
The articles available are: “Natural”, “Transparent”, “Buffed”, “Confort”, “Flex”, “Dyed” (enamelled or clouded or nabuk or abrasived, in all kinds of colour), “C-63 S”, “TOP” and every personalized finishing, made to meet the peculiar needs of each customer.
As to the physical and chemical aspects, Marca Toro S.p.A. leather bends reflect UNI 10594 standards.
